What would be ABSOLUTELY great is if one of Zalkin's staff had a photographic memory...
Even tho they cannot 'discuss it' or 'reveal' information, they would be able to repeat the same process, obtain the files.
Aaaaand, when getting new clients, if they could remember PERPETRATOR'S names, they would know their odds of winning.

Great news today, with WT loosing it's appeal (their stubborn "we don't obey anyone but Jehovah" has just cost them $4,000 a day) and this article from Reveal News highlighted that

An investigation by Reveal from The Center for Investigative Reporting found that Watchtower policies dating back to at least 1989 direct elders to keep child abuse secret from law enforcement and members of their congregations."

What is the 'procedure' of 'loving your neighbor' when a person a person is baptized into a religion as a minor, then as an adult finds teachings and conduct contrary to their conscience?

This is what ARC, Judge Peter McCllelan told the WT that this was cruel to treat a person in such a manner.
Or "what if this girl had just been in an auto accident? was in the hospital? how would the parents know? what if she was ill? needed help? Is this what you call "not spiritual contact, but normal family relations continue?" Not!

The WT said (basically) "we are just a religion, we are not a 'court' or taking over the judicial process"...... What do they call this 'spiritual process to help this poor man to see his errors?'

my question is can you as a jw live on same premises as a non jw.... in split house/property with no sexual relations or anything involved... i am being forced to move due to a "sister" wanting to go back to her god and has made the point of saying she cannot have a male around.
even though the property itself is split with seperate access for both parts of the house.. she has put a blanket rule out saying the whole property itself... doesnt make sense to me nor to any of the elders i have spoken to regarding the matter.. yes i called them as i know next to nothing about the faith.. .
i find it strange that two elders urge a non jw to seek justice from fair trading and rental tribunal as they themselves do not belive the actions of the "sister" in question or her family to be correct or right... .
I agree, you will get farther faster, with less trouble if you just 'stick to the law." Don't even involve "the sister."
